I think we’re a bit early with this today, since I woke up extra early, and forced everyone else working on this project to wake up even earlier! 😀 Last week, without Kristen, things were kinda out of order, but this one’s right on track! Yay!
Anyway, this episode is really heating things up! It’s coming right along with the manga, for those of you who’ve read it, but it’s nice to hear some awesome voice actresses do the voicing for these babes.

is pretty old news. They have bin tracking for years and honestly only people outside
the U.S. might get exposed mainly because the privacy Act is waaay different. Ive bin downloading tons for years and still no notice *almost hoping I could get one so I can finally see the proof

@WonderingWaters, you are not up to date. BayTSP has been sending letters last week and this week on downloaders of Sekirei.
who the hell cares we download what we want. threatening letters from whatever company it may be won’t scare me away from downloading, i have over 65 gig of anime and still growing, ever since i got a 1 terabyte external hard drive a few months ago 😀

Even if I got the letter I would still download and increase security on my PC.
Plus on top of that they can only get your ISP information if your comany is willing
to give it up, I would get a whole new service if they give my stuff up to a third party. ISP and I.P information is very serious because that is basically your identity on the interent. Only reason why some people got the letter because there companies were willing to give the Info. I read that on a article a while ago. Some stupid company gave out 1000 ISP’S in singapore without even bringing lawyer to defend there customers >.> Sad stuff really. If I ever find that site again I’ll post the link
besides… you could always sue your isp.. yes there’s prolly clauses for acceptable use but they don’t have the right to give out your info without tellin ya, at least in most countries

I dont no about France, Germany etc….but I’m positive if I’m correct if they search my computer regardless there violating my privacy and accusing me of a serious crime. We all no downloading anime isn’t really legal but if your not even making a profit HOW can it be copyright infringement. If those people in japan were really losing money they would have stopped anime downloads years ago. I wont give them my money for free thats for sure. There sueing people for 3k LMFAO!!!!! and even sued a 9 year old kid LOL!!!!!!!! STUPID ODEX. Once this is all over there company will go under for sure
After I got the notice from my ISP, this was the first I ever heard of anyone getting a warning for downloading anime when it’s not even licensed yet. Yes copyright holders can still go after you even if they do not announce their releases. If things get out of control they will, with the approval of the DCMA. Just like how American movie companies go beyond international boarders to stop distribution of their work, sooner or later it’s going to happen with copyright holders in Japan going after people outside of their jurisdiction. That is if both countries agree to help stop piracy. And Japan has been negotiating to the U.S. about this issue. Those people, who still continue to download with a warning, remember even if you might not get sued. With a lot of the ISP’s its 3 strikes and your out. Keep playing this game and you will run out of local ISP’s you can turn to for internet access. Or get blacklisted. No ISP would want to go to court for your infringement on their network. Or worst they can bring you to court for abusing their network and violating your contract…………………… You’ve been warned.

@kicken_wing Well I dont think the situation is that serious to contact the DMCA for anime. Anime isn’t something that is commonly known to everyone except for english anime’s. *Do people even refer english Dubs as anime’s O_o* anyway besides that I already no what happens to your ISP after a couple of complaints. I stay on top of things and I like to be really knowledgeable about anything I deal with on the internet or real life. So far no complaints on my end and Ive contacted my company several times to make sure. I surf the internet half the time using fake I.P’s anyway *mainly because of the current situation* Phishing isn’t illegal yet and untill congress finally passes that law I will be anonymous on the interent at all times >:o

Ha! I just got one of those letters! I love knowing that my interweb company just gave out my info to some random third party, makes me feel great. apart from that all i was doing was seeding it too! I guess sending out 20 gigs of episode 2 get’s someones atttention =[ O.O
