Chihiro started in mid-April 2008 with the intent of speedsubbing Code Geass. Coming off the high that was episode 3, we decided to also speed sub Penguin Musume. As the season went on, we picked up more and more projects that our translator wished to do, and added in more quality steps.
Now, Chihiro exists to bring anime fans subtitled anime. No real need for us if that wasn’t our goal.
