Easy. We encoded the OP/ED once, and then we add it into the episode, so we don’t waste time encoding the same thing over and over.
Some episodes need a re-sub due to horrendous quality. Seriously, Naomi’s psychic stun subjection have at least 3 different translations in the early episodes – to something which is already said in English and not Japanese to begin with. Then there are numerous other places where the translations are just something which are randomly taken from the air as if the translator was just feeling lazy and couldn’t be arsed.
