Are the BDs uncesored? I want 720p, but that censoring “light” is quiet annoying, it blocks like half of the screen sometimes xP

Blurays/ DVDs are in general uncensored of all that was censored, it’s like watching religion in it’s glory, but Anime is not a religion, but a cult 😀
So yeah, I;d say, they are uncensored from the blinding light like the other releases are, I’m currently only watching 480p ones but since BDs are out i’ll wait for them instead of finishing the show 🙂
so….the 720, 408 & 1080p are uncensored? I’m getting 720 now, so I hope so…Incedentally, the only difference between the different ‘p’s (720 vs 480p, etc) are quality, right?

To answer your (dumb) question, yes…we do. The Blue-Ray or DVD releases are uncensored versions of the TV releases, so the “light rays from God” are gone. I tested this, and it’s true (hard to test when my PC plays it at 1/2 to 1/4 speed 🙁 ). What font do you Chihiro guys use? When i burn softsubbed vids from you onto DVD, they show up in a different font than yours, but hardsubbed don’t. Can I get a copy of the font type so it plays in your pretty font?

You find it charming? I think it looks a bit different to TLR in character art style, but I’m not sure due to not having watched the original recently (6 months plus…?).
Are these uncensored blue-rays any different from the uncensored 480p uncensored that you all have been releasing a week after the uncensored 720p? Is it just a quality difference,is the uncensored parts more clearer,is there extra stuff?
The 1080 version doesn’t play nice with DXVA. Sad.
