As you know, we like to have DDLs available for series, and we like to have a partner for DDL. So far these have been animeted as a partner and animetake for DDL. However, animeted no longer exists, and animetake has pretty much stopped supplying us DDLs outside of irregular intervals.
We don’t like to make our own DDLs since that’s an extra step to the release process. But we still like to have it. So we’re looking for a site to make an official partner and to supply DDLs for us. We are looking for the following:
1. A banner to put in our footer to link to you. You will put the same banner in your footer and link to us. Use the same resolution as our present one, and include both names.
2. If you host a series on your site that Chihiro is doing, you MUST host a Chihiro DDL. This does not mean that you cannot host other groups, it just means that when we release it, you add it as a DDL.
3. You provide a non-moneymaking option for DDL. You can obviously host fileserv type links in addition, but we’d want an option that does not make anybody any money.
4. At least this non-profit option has to be publicly accessible WITHOUT having to register for your site.
If you’re interested, please contact Kristen on IRC.
I’m not affiliated with the following, but have enjoyed what it provided.

“Official DDLs for Sub Groups
We also provide the official DDL service for FTV Fansubs, Ryuumaru, FFFpeeps, Wasurenai, Team Zebraman, NeKo, HiNA and Seiki Subs. Want a FREE DDL system for your Group? Contact us.”
–Fits what you describe I think, and my experience has been download speeds similar to metaupload. No costs, no registration. No Captcha, or whatever they call that horrible download spelling test. I am so sick of that! Allows 3 simultaneous downloads at present.
Yeah. You can try at http://www.maikuando.tv/. There are few Fansubs also available at maikuando. Try it now.
Just out of curiosity. What kind of monthly bandwidth do these DDL consume?
@Kibbles: Expect something like 10GB for each host, assuming your links don’t get reported. The problem is less the amount of bandwidth, but the speed with which you upload – unless you have a server or a 40+MBit/s home connection it’s not really sensible to offer. 😉
Anyway, not too fond of banners exchanges, otherwise I’d offer my help – I’m already uploading most of it anyway and adding another host wouldn’t be too much trouble.
Actually the K-On!! 03 1080p BD used 45GB, and the Railgun 17 720p BD used 18GB just since I added them last night. I think your figures a little off.
