The last line in the episode preview is translated wrong and can leave people scratching their heads as to what it means. “Hana” can mean flower, but it can also mean nose. So “hana no ana” in this context is not meant to mean hole in the flower… it is meant to mean hole in the nose (or nostril). Although the anime could have intended an ecchi double meaning, but I don’t think so.

Oh! I get the hole in the flower joke now… haha. No wonder it didn’t make much sense before. I had a feeling that there must have been a double meaning for the 2nd last line and I got the flower side but I did not know what the other meaning was until now.
