I just watched ahead on animeseason already since it’s lagging by almost 6 weeks, but I’m still using Chihiro’s copy for archiving as of right now (until BDs come out).
And they are having staffing issues, so it’s not really unexpected news that stuff is going to be late.
The next few releases should hopefully be faster. We just TLed up to 20 (part way through 21) over the past couple of days.
Ep19 is at Edit, Ep20 is at Timing.
