You know, there have been many parodies on evil loli vampire shows, but I really don’t remember one even existing in the first place. Yeah, there was Vampire Bund, but she wasn’t particularly evil.

It was actually more a parody of “My Little Sister can’t be this cute”. Kobato is Kuroneko and Kirino rolled up into one. Kuroneko in turn is a fan of a Code Geass Parody and herself parodies Rozen Maiden, in one episode Kirino called her a Sugintao cosplayer.
Eva is a bit of a sadist, sure, and has a killer reputation. But evil? I dunno. She’s also no the protagonist so I’m not sure you could say there was a show about her.
Does Kobato where a colored contact for her cosplay then? Looked like both her eyes were blue when she woke up in the morning.
