  well the video size is 720p the aspect ratio is 16:9 but if play using mpc the aspect ratio like 4:3 and there’s a black screen booth in the left and right mpc
  so what happen?

  You got a wrong setting in MPC, so go to Video Frame>aspect ratio override>default and everything should be fine

  Something went wrong with the encode, it’s in 1280×1440 (8:9) instead of 1280×720 (16:9). It’s then resized to 1280×720 using mkv container options, resulting in sub-optimal image quality.

  Nope, it’s 1280×720. Look at what mediainfo says.

  There is slightly wrong AR information in videostream, causes some players to display video as 1280×1440. That can be fixed by changing byte 0x26 at offset 0x1158 to 0x16.
