If you think this site is being slow, try asking the girl who had to spend 5 minutes just to get into this post and upload the picture. These pictures range from 200-800 kb each, you know, since they are .png compression.
Speaking of pictures, I had a folder of 6 pictures, trying to decide which one to use. I decided the moe Haruna was better than the excited one or the group shot with Rito one, etc. Overall, I had 6 options, and chose this one. Because no words can express my love for Haruna-chan. I really hope Rito chooses Lala so I can have Haruna-chan all to myself!
But I can’t believe it’s episode 25! 1 more episode left! I’m kind of sad. To Love Ru has been with us since like the very beginning, and now it’s going to end. 25 episodes subbed in 20 weeks, with 21 WS versions, 2 files for each, so 91 files for TLR so far. It’ll eventually be 104.
Another thing: Our encoder for TLR is out of town for a few days. As such, we cannot release XviD for a few days. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

It wouldn’t matter to me, infact I’d prefer the h264, except my computer isn’t powerful enough to play them atm.

When I saw the posting about the h264 WS versions thats what I started on watching them from your group then they stopped at 17 and I have been watching the none WS versions to keep current so it was with surprise I saw more WS’s were available so I quickly scoured NYAA and found 18, 19, and 21 in WS…………. But alas no #20! Anywhere………….

Download a software called all2avi, subtitles might get converted to a smaller font.
A simple XYZ -> xvid/mp3 avi
Two runs (well this is what I’ve done once a while ago for someone with the linux version):
mencoder -oac mp3lame -lameopts abr:br=128:mode=0 -ovc xvid -xvidencopts bitrate=1200:vhq=4:pass=1 -sid 0 -o Output.avi Input.mkv
mencoder -oac mp3lame -lameopts abr:br=128:mode=0 -ovc xvid -xvidencopts bitrate=1200:vhq=4:pass=2 -sid 0 -o Output.avi Input.mkv
You’ll probably need to adjust bitrate=1200 depending on the original … it also obviously determines the final avi size and quality

wawa you only need 3 programs MKVtoolnix, MKVExtract, and XVIDforpsp.
Make sure to install MKVtoolnix and then put MKVextract into the same folder as MKVtoolnix. Extract the sub file and the fonts. Install the fonts in your own font directory and run Xvid4PSP. Set it to AVI, load your movie up, set resolution to 704×400 or whatever the resolution you want is, then load your subtitle file up. then press encode and their. You got the same beautiful subs and you get a nice AVI.
you can only convert one video at a time though the encode time is rather fast depends on speed of computer. I can get a 30 minute movie converted in under 45 minutes.
