First off: I know anime-rg released episode 05. No, we are not dropping this, if that is your question. We may be subbing an episode a day from now until October 6th, but there may be another day (Like yesterday) that we would need to take of.
Also, we’re going to continue using TVrips and go back and re-encode to DVDs once we get a karaoke of this.

Well yeah…I never said you were lying. But that proves that it’s your connection’s fault. I doubt you would get much more if it were DDL, unless you use a mirror closer to you.

I always wanted to ask … are you a staff member in chihiro? I asked Kristen and he said that chihiro is going to do the DVDrip but it’s going to re-encode the DVDrip down to 175mb….. (big loss in quality) and downsize the resolution from 864×480 to 704×396.
The DVDrips I provided are all very good quality at 280 mb …… I would prefer the original DVDrip + karaoke + sub without re-encode the video down to 175mb…..
So do you mind doing a version with original video + karaoke + sub…? If you can, everyone will be appreciated……

I am glad to heard that!
It is amazingly hard to download aozora’s DVDrips…. I am currently using 3 emules all once and leaving them on 24/7 for a week already…….(I started last monday, Total download time = 120hrs) ….. This is coming from someone with 10mb/s download ….. I have an average of 700kb/s ddl and 1.03kb/s XDCC download speed……..
Hopefully, I effort will not be wasted.
