I have never had any complaints about Chihiro, the episodes are timely, entertaining and well done, they try to faithfully translate and they never use their subs as a medium to be assholes or attack other sub groups.
I can only hope that what’s going on is just a temporary setback, otherwise Chihiro will be sorely missed.
