So, we’ve caught up, and shouldn’t have delays on ZKC again. We intentionally delayed the TL of this episode because the TL on this is the same as Kono Aozora. We wanted to get that out of the way to have a clear path for his ZKC TL instead of trying to force them together and possibly fall behind for 3 weeks in a row.
From this point on, I think we’ll be aiming for Wednesday releases with this. Enjoy it. 🙂

Quick Question, i watch all of Chihrios shows…and i just got up to to episode 15 of Zettai Karen Children. For some reason when i play episode 15 it always buffers and after 2 mins it freezes for two mins, then after 3 mins it skips 10 mins of the episode. Is there a glitch in episode 15 and 16? My computer was working fine playing videos right before that…and ive never had a problem before……

Tsukune, the file you uploaded is in h264 encoding format, which, from various sources you can find on various sites including this one, is not AVI friendly. So although I am downloading it, I do not expect good quality, seeing as Chihiro encodes their AVIs in XviD format.

That would be nice. I don’t know the exact reasons why h264 isn’t compatible with AVI, but it’s still Chihiro’s standard for all AVIs to be encoded in XviD format.
I’m watching your h264 encoding and I think there is a SLIGHT mistiming with the subs (starts 1/4 seconds before the audio), but it’s still a good encode. I would recommend you for the position of encoder. Although, as I am typing this I’m only 3 minutes in.
I just finished watching the episode as encoded by tsukune. Great ep, Chihiro. And Tsukune, you did an excellent job encoding.
h264 is not compatible with avi because avi does not support VRF well, and it has no B-Frame support for h264
thanks for the ep chihiro and thanks for the download Tsukune. for some reason my laptop can’t play mkv from chihiro well (sound and video are miss timed but it sometimes works for other subs) now i can watch it a few days earlier. : )

Kristen, Tsukune’s encode was decent despite being in h264 format. Since he was able to pull off an AVI friendly h264 encode (at least it worked on MY computer), then he should DEFINITELY be able to do decent XviD encodes. Also, I heard you were lacking in the encoder department.
