Ok, i still really like this series and it’s very good.
But i get the feeling they want to make it better than memories.
The odd things in the art are a bit over the top.
Where in memories, the more subtle differences made it so awesome, in melodies, it’s all more.
We already got 3 scenes like the voicemail part in memories.
And though i really loved these scenes here, they are not the same as in memories, cause they badly try to make it better. I think it’s a shame, would they have kept the subtle differences and thought of something new(there’s much to explore) it’d have been much better, even though it’s good.

It’s still a dam good anime, but you get the feeling that they want to do it better then memories.

The OP was edited like that by the studio. Chihiro had nothing to do with it, and if you look at Menclave’s releases (WHEN THEY COME OUT, LOL) you’ll see that theirs are the same.
