im sorry to hear you will be dropping this after episode 13, but i understand, great job on this series, if yo udont mind i plan on using your subs on this series to subtitle the japanese DVD release of skip beat i guess ill have to start learning japamese faster so i can subtitle shows

Crunchyroll happened. I think they have a download option available for shows a week after its initial air. So… you could download them at the same time you’re able to stream them?

^ Correction to my previous comment. You can PURCHASE episodes to download onto your computer for a small fee. Otherwise streaming is free… And my network doesn’t stream shows very well 🙁
i think the message should read: “ask us when the next episode will be released and we might just drop this earlier than episode 13” instead of: “ask us when this’ll be released next week in non-skip beat release threads and we might just drop this earlier than episode 13”
people need to wisen up and realize that you guys do this for free for the fans. be patient, there is no need to rush the group ’cause its not gonna make it come out faster.

This is truly a great series. I agree there. As for it being the best…sorry, this season II have to vote for One Outs, R+V2, ef Melodies, Kyou no Go no Ni, THEN Skip Beat.
You guys have always brought us great Anime Subs and ‘I’ thank you for it. I’m also one of those that has enough patience (sp?) to wait. Lookin’ foward to your next XvID releases.

i agree with Celestial that One Outs is the better of the anime titles hes mentioned. but i have to say Skip beat has to be second. followed by R+V2, then Kyou No Go Ni and finally EF. there are other anime series being subs atm that would fit inbetween the list but One Outs and Skip Beat are a defo 1st and 2nd

Paying for the anime, why not if they can provide me with a good DL for a low price. Not gonna pay for anything streaming, though. Paying for anime means more will be made. And we want that, don’t we…

Thanks for the awesomeness, I knew crunchy was gonna take over this series, didn’t know they’d have a d/l option though. When that happens, who’s going to handle the subs for CR? Do they have their own staff than can translate? I don’t mind paying for a series I like but I’m worried about CR’s quality, who wants to pay for crap, right?

crunchy roll puts up alot of anime, but to get it you have to pay them for it. donations .. yeah right.. so much for free fan subs..
im only interested in the stuff they put up from gonzo like linebarrels and tower of druaga, the rest they can shove somewhere dark and stinky if they think im gonna pay for.
paying might help but what about the people like me that cant effort it. some people might but like me i cant at least not now.
i just started to look for a job and well its pretty hard to do cuz were i live there a huge demand. you see the economy its not that bad but people are freeking out and this makes it hard because there’s a lot of t people trying to work and it gets pretty hard to find your self a job.
I heard Crunchy roll is going to offer download tokens to pay the people that sub for them, I think that has a snowballs chance in hell of succeeding, people aren’t going to work for free on something the site is making money off of, but it may be amusing watching them fail.

Please excuse our delay in the release of v2 and the XviD. There have been some issues so we couldn’t release it as fast as we wanted to. The v2 basically fixes some grammar flaws – nothing too serious.
Thanks for the release, take it easy.
And for the ones who complain, leave this place instead of badmouthing people who works hard for getting stuff ready for us, and stuff we don’t need to pay. Not everyone would work for free.

Like everyone else, very sad you’re dropping the show, very happy for the subs. I’ll rewatch this episode again today after I finish downloading v2. And of course then I’ll watch episode 12 raw, while anxiously awaiting your subs.
