I saw the changes. There are different effects in the start (When Misae and Kanade float around, they disappear with shiny effects, and soon after everytime they show the characters, there are some different frames).
BTW @John, it’s not like they made a mistake writing Natume instead of Natsume, it’s another way of reading japanese (and i think the name in romaji was added by the anime staff, not by chihiro).
