ive always been wondering, why is it 1440×1080? since its widescreen it should actually be 1920×1080… when i take a SS in MPC the picture is1440x1080 so maybe thats why..
Moe, it’s anamorphic widescreen because it is broadcast in that resolution. If you were to watch this on TV in Japan, your TV/decoder would get a 1440*1080 signal, and it would then render that to fit a 16:9 screen.

Thanks for not forcing me to download Coalguys for one week by releasing first. I usually get my subpar K-On fix through them and then delete and download yours when it comes out a week or two later 🙁
