My god, they kill off their cast faster than Higurashi. Not Tooru-chan! T_T
heya, I’ve got this strange problem that I can’t read the episode title, CyberMirage said that you guys use a crossfade but on my machine both words are scrambled together so I can’t read either one… (knowing that one word is ‘Episode’ doesn’t help at all)
I’ve tried MPC and MPC-HC, using no codec pack, only ffdshow, haali splitter and coreavc

Use CCCP (Combined Comunity Codec Pack). This and the MPC will let you watch pretty much everything.
Apparently, after episode 11 they are having a 3 week hiatus with shiki… so Chihrio can catch up π
subs and quality are so much better than the others.
@Ren: I can play pretty much everything.. only problem is this cross fade thingy from shiki… but well I can at least try – is what I thought and still doesn’t work -.-‘
But then again, since chihiro dropped shiki it (unfortunately (I’d rather have this problem solved)) a solution won’t be necessary… *frown*
About your higurashi comment, they might have killed their cast, but they revived them the next episode, so it doesn’t count :p
PS: Does anyone have experiences with the groups subbing shiki? is taka really the best choice out there? (it’s not that I dislike them.. it’s just that they are rather slow on that show and if I can’t watch this show from one of my favorites, than I’d rather take a group which is fast and still has decent quality)
PPS: I fully respect the decision to drop the show (nobody likes working on something with displeasure, especially if it’s in their leisure time)
