Got my hopes up for nothing.
I never watched Cardcaptor Sakura… at the time when it was popular, mahou shoujo wasn’t really my thing. Maybe I should now… see what all the fuss WAS about… it surprises me that after nearly 15 years it’s still popular enough to get an OVA, or maybe they’re trying to bring the series back to the public’s attention for the possibility of a remake…

I agree with the Da Capo observation mentioned earlier.
It is not related to CCS. Uses characters from Da Capo in an alternate setting. It is sort of like what was done to Futakoi and Futakoi Alternative.
Because this totally needed an explanation of what it was about. Nice title though heh
