Um, huge spoiler, but I think they are trying to make one route with all of the girls and the last one will get more episodes and be the true end , which is not in the VN. So this is rather unfortunate, but they need to “cut” the routes for some of the girls.

You should, but I suggest waiting for the next 2 VNs of Grisaia to be TLed, so you can enjoy the full story, not just a part of it.
