Last week I told you guys to expect this episode to be released soon, but I missed a few signs and had to ask a friend of mine to translate them for me. I know some of you will think that I kind of lied back then, but I didn’t mean to. I can’t be perfect, but better late than never, right? From the moment you are born, you are told that life will be good and etc., but slowly you realize that these hopes you have are nothing but empty promises. I will try to release episode 8 tomorrow, but I can’t make empty promises. I would like for you to understand the difference between empty promises and my promises. I will make an announcement at the end of fall anime season.

How are the shorts coming along? Will they be released individually or will there just be one big release?
At this point the best option is to release them when all of them have aired.
Why are you making such a big deal about some missed deadlines (and I use this term loosely)? People who wanted to wait for your release, waited. Others probably watched HS already and don’t really care about delays.
Like great Albert said “Everything is relative, and so are release times”.
Just take it easy and releases will come when they come.

No worries! The thing is, I haven’t watched a single episode of anime on like one month (voluntarily) so it’s no big deal to me 🙂 I wonder why, but sometimes it feels like watching anime is a bother or something…..

It’s all peaches and cream, TL-san. So what if you’re a week or two behind? I realize that some people are more impatient these days, what with instant streaming and all, but I remember a fansubbing era where groups being a month or more behind was a commonplace thing. I’m still waiting on one group in particular to finish a show from the spring season. If I wanted speed, I’d watch from HS. But not since day one have I ever been a fan of speedsubs, and I’ve been downloading fansubs since 2006. Keep doing what you’re doing, even if it takes a while.

I too know that feeling. Too tired and sleepy to elaborate…Try Overlord, Prison School, Shimoseka and Himouto! Umaru-chan. The last one (Himouto) was to me a real unexpected gem. I’m very glad I started watching it xD
