Ewww! Traps are gross and disgusting! Like imagine in real life if you saw what you thought was a cute girl, and then whoo, she hits on you, the two of you hit it off, and then later in a moment of horror you discover that “she” has a dick…Sick…I always wonder if people who like traps aren’t secretly gay…The explanation “they look and sound like a girl, so it’s fine!” flabbergasts me…No it’s NOT fine! It’s a guy! I want nothing to do with that! If anything a guy that behaves and/or dresses like a girl is fucking creepy…
the intention is all that matters in my opinion. if the intention is to deceive then thats not good. Otherwise, people should be able to dress however they want?
Oh, okay then. That’s good. Though I prefer girls to dress like girls rather than men myself, which I imagine is how most men feel. But if girls want to dress like men, then that’s up to them. Other than that Hillbilly Bob brings up an important point when it comes to intent. I find it creepy when guys dress up as girls, but if they’re doing so without trying to decive people into actually thinking they are girls, then whatever, as long as they don’t bother me, whatever weird shit they’re into is none of my business. Guys dressing up as girls and trying to decive other guys into thinking they are girls though, that’s the grossest and creepiest thing ever, and entirely unacceptable imo.
Anyway, in terms of anime, I hate it when male characters dress up like girls, pretend to be girls, and try to deceive almost everyone that they are girls. That’s the kind of trap crap I hate and want nothing to do with. Girls dressing up as and pretending to be men is disappointing, but I don’t hate it. Of course, I need to clarify that if there is a good plot-related reason for the act, then it’s okay, whether it’s a guy dressing up as a girl, or a girl dressing up as a guy. A girl dressing up as a guy in a show that takes place in samurai-era Japan for example, in order to be allowed into places she couldn’t go to as a girl, and be allowed to do certain things she couldn’t do as a girl, is okay.
Two episodes in one day? Amazing! Thank you!

Hmm, it’s a girl dressing like a man here, though.

Rant would have been better in the Cbox, but a fun read.
Fair point, sorry about that, it’s just that I wanted to comment about it here due to the relation with the release post. ^^’
