v2 patch to correct some errors available here.
 It took us a lot longer than expected to get this show organized, but hopefully we’ll be able to release future episodes in a more reasonable time-frame. We wanted to release episode 2 with this episode as well, but we decided to not hold this release back any longer. Episode 2 should hopefully be soonish.

 Took a little longer than expected to get this out, but here we are. A number of fixes were made in this batch, and for the BDs, we should be improving the typesetting too.
