Ko-chan would’ve been on that list so quickly for his continual pestering which, to be honest, destroyed motivation to sub this, not increased it. Who said Minami-ke isn’t ecchi? That’s a 5-alarm butt crack right there! Next thing we know, we’ll get scenes of Kana and Haruka going yuri on each other! Also, karaoke is soft subbed this episode and will be soft subbed in future episodes because it seemed like people liked it better that way. h.264: Here XviD: Here Dear Mr. LoRez: I have asked you before not to re-encode our shows to XviD. You are not giving anything back to the community by doing so, as we do encode our own XviDs. I am going to ask you again to not re-encode our shows, unless you’re doing something that we do not do (I.E. a remux to a HD raw, or like some weird codec/encoding size.) Doing your version confuses people and hurts a chance of a seeded batch at the end of the season. I do not want to start taking preventative actions, but will if necessary. These actions will slow down releases and essentially negate your idea of “Getting an XviD out faster!” If anything, it’ll make the XviDs come out slower, and you will be unable to change it.

Loli say, “What is going on?” Episode 1 for us was an experiment. We apologize using you as the testees, but this was the only way it could be done. With episode 1, we encoded the .avi version in a h.264 codec. This is the codec that people have difficulty with in a MKV container, and is often why people ask “Where is the AVI?” However, we used lighter settings than the MKV version and hardsubbed it. Hence, people DLed the AVI expecting an XviD and got an h.264. Results are similar to what we expected. The complaints we got were based off of what the people chose to watch the episodes off of. For instance, WMP or a PS3. However, there were NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL about the audio/video desynching. Essentially, this proved what we were testing. That is, there is no compatibility issues with SD shows for viewing. Maybe HOW you want to see it, but saying “Please encode XviD, I have a bad computer and can only watch XviD~” is a blatant lie, unless it’s a HD show. We will continue doing XviDs this season. Next season is undecided.
