For some strange reasons i can’t play it with VLC-player, but Gom-Player or WinMP do just fine.

Problem playing this with VLC. Starts repeating after 20 secs or so. Broken file, it seems.
I had the same problems with VLC for episode 1. I just don’t like VLC in general for some reason. I use Windows Media Player Classic for everything . . . .
Your problem is using VLC.

for unknown reasons the ordered chapters does not work there for episode 4&5, but on 1-3 there are working……is that only a behavior at my place, or general with it?

I use smplayer, but it’s never worked for ordered chapters. I’m unaware of anything in linux being able to play ordered chapters yet.
The collapsing karaoke would indeed be cool. The coolest thing of all this episode though was the teacher – especially when she was headed for the music room – pure awesome. Who would have thought that that was what she was like. Definitely cool.
no no no no… It is:
Mkv = eyecancer
Xvid = braincancer
Mp4 = Plague
mkv is bigger than mp4, since mp4 makes eyecancer compression and isn’t opensource.
VLC sucks, since you cant alter the codecs. Use proper players with your own codecs(even if its cccp
mkv and mp4 are EXTENSIONS, not compression types. I can make a mkv and a mp4 raw look exactly the same at the same size and settings. In fact, I can just hit mux and wham, I have a mkv of the same size and quality.
The reason why mp4 is worse is that you have to hardsub subtitles when you want to release like that, which hurts compression. But at raw, it’s the same.

mp4 is indeed a file extension. But besides the codec. The container does some compression. Otherwise. Why would there be avi and mp4 both? mp4 compresses too. and in a different way as mkv does it. making it look worse. otherwise mp4 and avi would be close to equal.

Because mp4 contains h.264 and avi contains XviD.
dattebayo thinks different of that. But the way mkv and mp4 store the date are different. And ive seen fine examples of mp4 and mkv compared. And mkv did the better job with same settings(no subs involved)
Depends on what you still tho. mp4 can look nice, but i dont see any advantages towards avi, since both have audio and video layers. But mp4 stores different.
