where’s the subs O.O
Thanks for the release! The subs aren’t showing up during playback, though; anyone else seeing the same thing? All of the previous eps are working fine, just not ep 10.

Right click -> Navigate -> Subtitles -> On. I don’t know why they are off by default, but we may be releasing a patch.
If I extract the ASS file and add it to dvobsub during playback, then I get the subs, but they’re non-stylized…

They play fine on mplayer for me but Kristen did make me go and force the default flag + make a patch. She should post it soon

I wouldn’t say we’re getting faster, we just found a temporary replacement for our MIA TL/TLC, so we were able to clear out the backlog.

I watched it without the patch and the subs were on. MPC with CCCP is the way to go. Always.

before i watched this eps, i tried to tweak a little in my mpc-hc output
then, i got no sub, i thought it’s because my tweak
somehow i realized that the default is no sub 🙂
so i demux again to make the sub default

I am having difficulty installing the patch and I am having difficulty with the subs. I have downloaded the Patch, but I am not sure on how to install it properly on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I am not very good with some technology. I do not see the subs in media classic or media player.
P.S. I have the open and end subs working but not the dialog, I can translate a little bit, but request verification and a little help.
Make sure all the files and the episode are in the same folder.
v2 playback lags in some parts.
v2 playback lags at 00:21:00, and become 25:00 instead of 23:59.

Just did a quick remuxing of the mkv, and a conversion of the subtitle container since for some reason, the subtitle container used was not working with the video no matter how I tried to remux it (I used the patch too, but that seemed to have cut the video at 15 mins no matter what I tried). Sorry, I think it’s usable for anyone using MPC with CCCP so there shouldn’t be any problems.

I used the patch but I still get no subtitles. Not sure whats going on.
Patch doesn’t seem to work for me, and DeckuZora’s link is dead. I had the patch make a v2, but that didn’t change anything other than the subs being selected, even then though, the subs were either invisible or not there.
I have no idea what to do with a patch :/ How does it work, what need to use the patch (and can it be done on a Mac)? VLC opens the file but when I click pause, play goes and vice versa and audio is stuck on MUTE once I select the subtitle track. So the file is having more than one issue (On a Mac anyway).
If you’re on a Mac, I’d strongly recommend XBMC (http://xbmc.org/download/) or Plex (http://www.plexapp.com). Personally, I find xbmc a little easier to use but they both play damn near anything. VLC is ok, it’s usually my last resort but I haven’t needed it since switching to XBMC.
