S2 just seems like a whole bunch of goofing off the girls didnt get to do in the first season….BUT, i’m going to keep watching it to the end cuz i hate to leave a series half-watched…..and maybe cuz i actually like it. and sorry tanned people, i just like girls who look like they never went out in the sun.

No, they’re running for (I think) 26 episodes this run. I may be wrong on the exact number of episodes, but this certainly isn’t the last one.

hai~~ i see some people read my post. no, i’m not implying the first season wasn’t a whole bunch of goofing off (it was) at the time, it was another new anime and i enjoyed it… however, now that we’re in S2, my expectations were too high…. and we all know how that goes. i still love S2 though, dont misunderstand.
i know theres still a lot of the manga to cover, but most anime end before the whole manga is covered. if every anime were to cover the whole manga, all anime would be retardedly long (bleach, one piece, naruto, etc.). i just said that cuz some of the best anime i seen are 12-14 or 23-26 eps long. i was thinking they could end it at 13 then make a S3 out of the parts they didnt get to yet…..but i guess it cant be helped. its all good as long as we don’t end up with a 52 ep season 3 of k-on and 4 movies and a few ova’s and BD extras up the ***. it may sound nice, but collecting all that stuff will really be a pain….i’ve done it before for other anime.

@Reimu, I believe this season will carry us all the way to volume 4 of the manga, and then we will have to wait for the artist to finish up. However, if KyoAni could come up with a good ending, I wouldn’t be mad either.

The only thing I have to say is that tomorokoshi is grilled corn, not fried! Spent half an hour looking for a recipe to fry corn on the cob before thinking to use the Japanese term (my own stupidity, no blaming intended).
