I was just wondering shouldn’t it be Sayaka not Saiyaka? Dunno if theres some perfered way or something. Especially since the hiragana/kanji of her name puts it as the former.

Anyway, provided you fix the name, thank god someone other than shit groups is doing this. Would be totally in love if you could get it out before gg even, but just happy to know that a good group is doing this.

You guys should redo the first 10 or so line of this anime as they are not anywhere close to being accurate. The rest of the anime was well done, thanks for the excellent release.
How can you be so sure they are accurate or not? If so gg wasn’t “accurate” either. Maybe you should put in an example.

I have to say that after Shugo Chara and Nanoha, I’ve been looking for another mahou shoujo anime. And, of all the new animes this season, I have not gotten tired watching this one again and again.

At first glance, I thought it was going to be another Lilpri-esque series but it’s totally darker than I expected! I like it! 😀 It also has a very cool hand-drawn-like feeling to it (which is awesome lol) Please don’t drop this one! ^_^

gg is known for their pitiful translation quality and massive rewrites, almost to the point where you can call them “trollsubs”. Best avoided.
Nutbladder seems to be halfway decent, but still had a few issues.
Chihiro is nice, but the translation here isn’t quite up to notch either. They’ve done better work already.
tl;dr: Toss-up between Chihiro and Nutbladder. Go with whatever group from the two gets their issues fixed first.
I have a problem, The subtitles wont show up. It works with every other releases except this one. I use coreavc 2.0 with the latest cccp.

I did notice a few inconsistancies when I watched the show though. Mainly some parts had honorifics and other parts did not when they said them.
Will there be a v2 ?

They are saying mahou shoujo because they are indeed mahou shoujos – magical girls. Nothing else means Puella Magi (its latin afaik). But the official title is called Puella Magi Madoka Magica. ANN, wiki and even the official site has that title.
