Asu no Yoichi! – 05 DVD

So, I woke up this morning, and there was talk about the Asu no Yoichi DVDs. I thought it was a little random, but I answered anyways.

Then this afternoon I looked at the topic and saw this episode was uploaded. So, :fail:

So, we’re done! At least with 75% of the winter season, the stuff we actually kept the pace with.

Wanted to release these batches together just to use that picture, so… Here ya go. :p

Notes on releases:

1. Railgun contains a v2 for episode 16 to consistacize (that is SO not a word) with the other episodes.
2. We’ll do Railgun BDs when a certain magical Path finishes editing them.
3. With Shugo Chara’s end we have decided to pick up a 4th show. That makes our shows Working, K-On, Angel Beats, and this show. You won’t guess it, so don’t bother.
4. We won’t do SC DVDs.
5. Kusion wants you all to gaze at this image that he thinks should’ve been the blog pic.
6. Big thanks to EVERYONE that made these series possible.
7. Vampire Bund is in srsbsn mode this week.
8. By the way, entering this season we were 15 episodes behind. Right now, we have 8. That means we have subbed 7 more episodes than aired in Japan this season. 😮 (Total for this season is 58 subbed episodes as of today.)

Angel Beats – PV

Just a little preview to one of our spring shows. Before you ask, the actual series will use AAC audio, not AC3. And this is considered “PV8” by the official website.

Sora no Woto – TV Batch

Here’s a batch of the prelude to K-On S2, K-On goes to war. Whole bunch of notes.

1. All files have been tweaked to match things learned later, such as Filicia is spelled Filicia and not Felicia. Also, any mistakes have been fixed.

2. Episodes 1 and 2 have been re-encoded and remuxed onto Blu-Ray with AAC audio.

3. Yes, we will do the Blu-Rays. They should come at a fairly consistent pace if they are still uploaded, as we do not have to do any more script modifications.

3a. We will do the Blu-Ray only episodes too.

4. Scripts can be found here. We will not do patches since that’s a bit of effort on our part, but at least you can remux yourself if you’d rather not download 5 GB.

5. Nazo made a PDF of notes for the series, which can be found here (V2, with a couple of slightly better screenshots and fixing a gaffe on my part).

1 to go, 1 to go~ Right now it’s in translation, but that’s fine. After all, this was the weekend I was thinking would be the time to work on the last episode.

I was going to use Railgun 24 to do all the thanks and stuff, but since the next Railgun post is going to be a batch, I’ll do them all here.

I think I got the screenshot right for once. ^^

Important notes about this episode:
The “Roman” girl is actually speaking German. Quite possibly this is a reference to the Holy Roman Empire, which was located roughly around Germany.
Thankfully, we have a few German natives in our group, so we were able to translate this dialogue.
However, we have been presenting this show on a “What Japan would understand” basis.
Hence why we have not translated any of the french outside of the insert song in episode 1.
But there could be some jokes and references missing otherwise. As such, these files contain two sub tracks.
Track 1: Japanese dialogue only translated, giving the comprehension that a Japanese person would understand.
Track 2: Japanese dialogue translated, German dialogue translated in red. As it is red, it must be true.

720p: Boobs

480p: Next season it’ll be a lack of boobs.
