I have a few announcements, but I think I’ll explain why Sekirei is related to carps.
In episode… I guess 10, of S1, there was a scene where the characters were talking about “Koi”, aka, “Love”. Koi also can mean carp. So Musubi has a thought bubble with a fish and japanese. We were supposed to put carp over it and a tl note, but the tl note never came. So, it just randomly said carp. After seeing it, phrases like “Holy carp!” and “What the carp!” became popular.

OK, announcements:
1. We are going to drop Shiki because of time restraints. It’d be nice, but I just don’t think it’s doable with all the vacations, TL disappearances (Where are you Shurakai…), etc.
2. We will keep 4 shows. Lilpri, K-On, Sekirei, and Amagami SS.
3. Amagami SS is done except karaoke.
4. All shows this season will use ordered chapters.

Well, we’re done with the only Spring show that actually finished in the spring. We’ll release a batch when I get the thumbs up from newy.
Torrent: Chihiro supports Germany over Spain.
DDL: Boku supports bacon.
Can we start focusing on this girl instead of Reira and Ringo?
We’ll release a 1-13 batch in a few days after I re-encode 9 (Fixing corruption in raw).
Also, one note about this episode. The TV Tokyo airing post-ED pre-preview had lilpri items to buy instead of the pretty lesson. Yet Crunchy had the last pretty lesson. I don’t know why TV Tokyo truncated their content, but we cut out the items and put in the pretty lesson.

BTW, throughout this, I’ve seen comments like:
“Please seed the earlier episodes!”
“Will you make a batch? I can’t get the earlier episodes otherwise!”
Seriously… If you ask us those questions, ask yourself these:
Has chihiro ever answered a reseeding request?
CM: Not like we can really do much about it anyways. We have no torrent seed box or anything. Just go to our IRC channel and grab it off our bot.
Has chihiro ever skipped a batch for a DVD/Blu-Ray?

Here is the answer: We will announce whether we plan to do it or not sometime in late August. The answer will most likely be no, though.
