6 days, 5 episodes. Not bad, ne? 06 will hopefully be out tomorrow, and then we should be all caught up. Not like it really matters. We’ll still continue at an episode a day regardless on what other people/groups are planning on doing.
This should be the last episode on a TV-Raw at its initial release. We finally got a karaoke today, so providing that DVD raws are available, we will encode to DVD with karaoke from this point on. 01-05 will be re-encoded once we’re finished with the series.
Also, we’re looking for an additional TLC and a typesetter for this upcoming season. Please contact me or a & on Rizon.
Also, about Ikkitousen OVA. We are doing it. Go to http://tokyotosho.info/ and search “Great”. If there is no OVA displayed, it means a raw isn’t out and we cannot even start on it.
h.264: Here~
XviD: Hai~

4 episodes in 5 days. That’s good enough for me, and I hope it is for you. 05 should hopefully be out tomorrow, with 06 on Monday. AKA, we should be breaking into new episodes starting on Monday.
Like usual, ZKC’s release is completely dependent on when Shinsen Raws releases. FYI, we may be looking into doing a DCIISS like release for ZKC. 704X396 on the first raw that comes out just h.264, and then full 1280X720 h.264 and 704X396 XviD once Shinsen raws comes out. Of course, if you can find us a capper, we could probably do both earlier on.
I’ll probably be posting a fall preview/season in review soon. But, for now, enjoy!
h.264: Oh romeo, romeo, how fair though art
XviD: Your eyes are my sky

Yes, that is right. Zettai Karen Children has had a profound impact on Penguin Musume and turned all characters into lolis!
Is this the earliest we’ve ever released Penguin? Earliest I remember was 2 PM EST, so I guess it has to be. ^_^ Yay for DmonHiroX! <3<3<3
Banner competition is still open, with 4 days left. Submit while there’s time!
As for the Lucky Star OVA that you’ve all been asking for, the answer as of right now is “No”. We have Zettai Karen Children, Kono Aozora, and a secret project all to take care of first. By the time we’d have the time to do it, it’d have been released already by 15 groups. Heck, we’re barely getting much of a break this week. World Destruction on Monday, Akane on Thursday, Penguin on Saturday, with Kono Aozora hopefully at 1 episode a day? Yeah, it’s looking like a very normal week.
By the way, anybody here know of a person who has a capping box? Getting a capper would result in much faster releases.
Also, I’ve been playing Triptych lately, so you may be hearing me exclaim “Karen is soooo cute!” or something random for the next few weeks.
h.264: Lolis?
XviD: WE DON’T DO XVID FOR PENGUIN! MAKE IT YOURSELF!

Normally, a release means a lot of excitement and celebration. It means people are happy, and everything is going well. But, to me, this release really is not a happy one. It’s sad. To Love Ru is over. We started subbing it when Chihiro was only 13 days old, and we’ve never missed a week. I think the latest we ever were in a release was Monday, because of a complete staff change.
To Love Ru has gone through a style change, a staff change, a capper arrest, a trip to China, Real life issues of changing locations, a few transport streams that worked, a few transport streams that failed, multiple encoders, a widescreen and fullscreen release, and even a v2 or two. And it’s been on our to do chart for 145 days out of the 158 days of our existence. It defined Chihiro, and it’s the only thing left linking us to the beginning.
Well, out with the old and in with the new. Clannad begins airing next week, and I fully and truly support Sprocket Hole Subs with their effort to translate it. Chihiro will not pick Clannad up, do not ask for it. There are multiple reasons why, and I will not go into them.
I’d like to thank a couple of people for making this project possible. First is Kylaran, who rescued this project from the depths of hell once Jaka left. It may not have been the easiest show to translate, but he was smiling all the way through it. Second is Mauneydy-kun, who is still pushing through the releases, even if the encodes are beginning to frustrate him. Third is to the various people who came through for jobs like editing and timing, and to those who helped us out when a regular had to leave for a week. And lastly, I’d like to thank all of you for your continual support and guidance through this show.
Kylaran: So, I wanted to be able to post on the last ep of this series. TLR 14 was the first episode of anime I ever translated as a completely solo project (as in, it wasn’t something I just TLC’d), and it was quite fun. I’m glad that Kristen forcefully commandeered me into working on this series, which ended up being extremely stupid, but also somewhat enjoyable. Thanks to all those who’ve enjoyed following our releases. And even bigger thanks to the staff that made this all work out. Enjoy!
Now, we’ll just shut up and give you the releases:
h.264: Haruna-chan~
XviD: For those who prefer 33 MB compressed to 175 MB uncompressed audio.

First off: I know anime-rg released episode 05. No, we are not dropping this, if that is your question. We may be subbing an episode a day from now until October 6th, but there may be another day (Like yesterday) that we would need to take of.
Also, we’re going to continue using TVrips and go back and re-encode to DVDs once we get a karaoke of this.
In the words on one of our staff members (Can’t name him since I don’t know if he wants to be named): ” lol…Miya rowing the boat”
That is all.
h.264: For your viewing pleasure
XviD: Enjoy~

1 more episode to go! Then we can start into our fall lineup. Akane on Thursday, Zettai Karen Children on Sunday, EF on Monday, Chaos;Head on Fridays, Penguin on Saturdays… Ooh, so much fun! World Destruction is going to be the show we close the summer season out with, because it finishes last.
About To Love Ru 26: Our cap failed, so we were forced to wait for a raw, and while we managed to contact someone about getting us a raw and he said it’d be up on our FTP in 30 minutes, it took him 7 hours to say it was done uploading, and even now I don’t see it. But I got Zero, and it’s presently encoding. We’ll TL it when our TLer comes online.
About Kono Aozora: Yes, I know anime-rg release episode 05. Good for them. We’re not dropping it. 03 will be out in a matter of hours, with 04 hopefully tomorrow and 05 hopefully the day after.
About banners: Thank you everyone for your submissions! There is still time to submit if you wish, about 4 days to be exact! If you have a banner, the thread to place it is Here
h.264: Hello
XviD: Goodbye

No, Aoi-chan, we haven’t forgotten about you. We still love you with all our hearts and want to treat you as well as we possibly can.
So, if you were wondering why we released this on Wednesday, it is because Shinsen Raws did not release until last night. So, once we had that raw, everything went fast and easy. Our release schedule for ZKC from now on depends on how my meeting with a capper goes. If he is willing to cap ZKC for us, we will be looking at Sunday releases. Otherwise, we’re looking at Wednesday from now on (Unless, of course, Shinsen Raws manages to speed up). We may consider doing a pre-release of the .ass file, but I cannot say for certain.
h.264: We need more Aoi. Please?
XviD: Kaoru is annoying.

It’s here! I was sort of surprised at how high the download counts were on episode 01, but well, whatever. I’ll take it!
This is kind of fun to do. Stalled series always are, since they are low stress, and high happiness? I know for timing at least I can go at a more relaxed pace.
There will be no Kono Aozora tomorrow since tomorrow is To Love Ru day, and we will probably also have the first Ikkitousen OVA to do. If we do not, we’ll have a translation of the third Kono Aozora, but won’t worry about timing it until Friday.
Speaking of timing, CHIHIRO NEEDS TIMERS!!! I’ve had to time almost everything we’ve released in the past two weeks, and it’s really a lot to do. Please apply on #[email protected] with a sample of a show you’ve done before. You could even take this, demux, and retime it if you wish.
ZKC later tonight, hopefully.
h.264: Yay!
