To celebrate the airing of K-On season 2, here is the Blu-Ray batch of season 1. Changes include:
1. Re-encode of episodes 1 and 2 to fix things I didn’t like.
2. Script changes to episodes 4, 8, and 14, to fix stupid mistakes
3. Additions of episodes 11, 12, and 13, as well as specials 6 and 7.
4. NCOP/NCED created.
All 720p TV versions are no longer supported and have been removed from the bot.
The bot will temporarily not contain these files due to size constraints.

A newbie question. I use GOM player and when I try to play this I don’t see the subtitles. As far as I can tell the English Subs are turned on. Am I missing something? If GOM is inadequate can someone suggest something else to watch this on?

yah install cccp, u can play it on your WMP after installing
If you downloaded the past individual releases of K-ON! 1080p are they the same in the K-ON batch or will i have to download them all over again?

they are essentially the same, just some lil’ differences mentioned in the main post
I’m having a bit of a problem
When I play 1080p files in MPC, they go through this weird cycle of perfect -> audio unsync (they always have FLAC, so I can’t tell if it makes a difference) -> freeze and mute -> video speed-up -> perfect -> repeat
It all goes smoothly in WMP, but the subtitles stopped appearing after I re-installed CCCP with MPC. The Playback Help article said to uninstall all codec packs before installing CCCP. Is there a separate one for WMP subtitles I may have gotten rid of?
Can anyone please tell me how to fix either or both of these issues?
P.S. I’ve already got the CoreAVC filter enabled and disabled FLAC decoding.
P.P.S. I’m a quality whore, so getting the 720p version is an absolute last resource for me, even if it would instantly fix everything (which I’m assuming it would).

@Rica. What is your computer’s spec? I’m using Win XP on P4 2.6Ghz & can play 720p without any lag.
Is there any chance for 480p versions of the specials? My computer doesn’t handle HD very well.
(It’s a 5-year old laptop with a 1.6GHz Pentium M with maxed-out 2GB RAM running XP sp3. I’m going to replace it, but need to save up/wait for prices to go down of laptops that have processors that support 386 virtualzation AND have a blu-ray player)

@doki doki. There’s nothing wrong with it. Are you sure your file isn’t just corrupted? I downloaded it and checked the hash and watched it. No problems.

am I the only one having issues playing 720p version of EP 11, around 15 mins? The file seems to be broken because I tried to download it again and it didn’t help.
I tried to download the standalone version of the file, but anirena seems to be down atm.

Did the 1080p torrent got replaced? I run the first episode and got nogizaka haruka no himitsu ep9, the files are tag K-On so I was suprised to see a different anime.
