Am I cute? Uguu~. I’ve been waiting for the Taiyaki girl for a while, and apparently so has everyone else. But, not because I’m a Yami-chan fangirl (Yet). More, I want to ask something. Does ANYONE have a copy of ANY Aquastar Kanon 2006? I’ve been looking like a maniac for their ED karaoke ever since it got licensed in September. PLEASE, if you do, please either tell me how to get it (Even if it’s a singe seeded torrent, that’s fine), or send me the episode! I want to see it and like archive it or something!

Anyways, there is no macross this week, so I really don’t want to hear “When’ll macross be released!” Delayed for soccer. Speaking of soccer, I’m personally cheering for Sweden. So, support Chihiro! Cheer for Sweden!
Also, speaking of “support”, I’ve heard a lot of people PM me asking about donations. To donate to Chihiro, there are two ways. First, donate something tangible to us, such as a server, a domain name we can use to redirect (http://chihiro-subs.com/ looks to be juicy. XD), your time to learn how to do a various job in fansubbing, a vibrator, etc. The second way is if you want to make a monetary donation. To donate to us that way, there’s a simple process. Go to the nearest movie theater to you. The men standing behind the desk are our representatives. Give them your donation. Then, tell them a name of a movie you’d like to see. OK, we failed in this release. We had a TL done hours upon hours ago, at like 7 AM EST. But, we went for 4 hours without a timer, and that timer was slow, etc.
We’re releasing this as an “emergency” right now, because it remains Chihiro policy (For the most part) that if a group with a higher quality releases before us, we don’t.
The torrents’ll be coming soon with fine timing and more surprises. For now, use TV-Japan’s raw with the .ass file.
Also, we’re DESPERATELY looking for extra timers right now. If you want to be a timer, please contact Kristen on IRC. I’ll teach anyone who want to learn. I’d prefer it if you’d live in like Europe or Asia to help us combat our time lapse issues, but anywhere is fine.

Hopefully this make up for TLR. We released that a day late, this a day early. Are we even now? Nope, we’re not. We’re still releasing first, saving you time, so we’re still doing you a favor. XD
576p, and it still has dotcrawl and other issues. 720p will be released when I have the raw for it (Plus 6 hours for encoding time)
By the way… When am I going to get to see Geass? Had to skip it tonight to get this out. Maybe tomorrow…

So, after hours upon hours of frustration, we finished. We had an encode completely flop, a timer who had to buy pants, and a prom.

OK, you see… We, Chihiro, is against the idea of releasing extreme shit (oh wut). All the time was used for encoding some really shitty raw, so h264 won’t be out until some do-worthy raws.
The raw we used this time was like 720×480 (wtf? thanks a lot, zero raws ;;) and horrendous. So the XviD is really bad, but really good compared to the raw (thanks Azul).
