So, this was another episode because we felt like it. Also, helpless moe! <3
DCIISS09 should be hopefully completely TLed right now. Problem is that we don’t have raws. We may have a more reliable raw system very shortly for DCIISS, hopefully. I’ll show you the niconico version we could have released tomorrow, once we have scripts and an actual release.
Anyways, this episode was done differently than a usual Chihiro release. AKA, different filters to encode with, and a different TL. So, any and all feedback is appreciated on those two aspects.

There are many reasons why I love Penguin. Cha Chi, the fun 16:9 in 4:3, easy to access raws, easy timing, fast TL, fun comedy, great characters, penguins… This show has everything. Nene finally gets some screen time too. And it finally has a serious OP, and it’s one of the better ones I’ve found.

Ok, here’s your weekly fix of TLR. Kristen is bawwwwing because there’s no Haruna in this episode, except for like 2 secs worth of moe moments at the end of this episode.
Clarification
How fucking hard is it to understand that we’re not quality subs, but rather QUALITY/speedsubs/shitsubs (I MEAN LOL, WE GET RATED ON THE SAME LEVEL AS SHITNSEN-SUBS. AHAHAHAHA. wait, what?).
No, seriously, how fucking hard is it to understand?
I mean it, how fucking hard is it?
It takes us an average of 2-4 hours of work per episode, no real “encodes,” sometimes we get really lazy and skip editing (wait, what editing?) and thoroughly checking our releases.
So uh, our process is really – TL > Time > EDIT > Mux & Release.
Proven from : Geass in general, especially the 500mb Geass 7(hi. eleven ads), Macross Frontier 09 (FUCK YEAH, MASSIVE BLEEDS AND GENDER CONFUSION!(well, we’re ‘training’ a new timer, so uh… mistakes are expected.))
So uh, all those “thank you for your hard work” is really bullshit. HI GUISE, NO HARD WORK IS INTENDED OR EVER PUT IN. We don’t need you to thank us, but if you really want to… uh, idk. We’re not doing this to get the praise(meaning I don’t come when someone says “LOL UR DA BEST”), but rather for the lulz (me, at least).

Well, since it was memorial day yesterday and there wasn’t DCIISS to tl. So I thought I’d do this for the lulz, so yeah that’s what happened. It was really done like 24 hours ago… But there was no raw, I wasn’t going to release a flv copy. So yeah, slowpoke.jpg. Enjoy.

Also, I’m sorry to tell you that DCIISS will be postponed till tomorrow night. Mainly because we have a life, some of us has school to take care of, some of us have work. So enjoy VK for tonight. Sorry and thanks!
So, I know you’re all thinking “It’s Tuesday already! Where’s Chihiro?” This delay is not our fault. I do not know what the cappers were doing, but there wasn’t a raw available for download until like yesterday afternoon. Chinese didn’t release until like midnight EST, and by then it was too late to start TLing anything.
We will have an option in the future to choose between FLV raws ripped from niconico (They were up like a day before the actual raw we’re using), or we could wait for the actual raws and download. Sometimes, the actual raws may be released before we can start TL, so that would mean we’d go to the actual raws regardless.
When I get back from work, I’ll release a 20 segment clip from FLV and a 20 second clip from the actual raw. Then you can decide whether you want us to release earlier from the FLV raw and then re-encode a v2 once the real raw comes out, or just encode the real raw.
Gah! Kristen, stop rambling! Anyways, the target to release is tonight, and it will be the 720p (Released before 396 for whatever reason…) We also might have some surprise buttsex for you tonight.
Of course, if anyone wants to become a private capper for us, we’d be happy to use your raws and release days earlier. XD
